  • Colors & Mockups: We display product images, designs, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on monitor display calibrations and printing techniques on specific fabric blends or substrates.

  • Sizing: Accurate sizing charts are provided on each product page. Customers are responsible for reviewing measurements before placing an order.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

  • Pricing & Modifications: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.

  • Order Acceptance & Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Fulfillment Time: Standard production typically takes 5 to 7 business days before dispatch.

  • Delivery & Transit: Shipping times vary depending on the destination address and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and not legally guaranteed delivery windows.

  • Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address. Khanh Style Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from inaccurate information provided during checkout.

  • Customs, Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand goods:

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt with your order number and clear photographic proof. We will issue a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Sizing Errors & Buyer’s Remorse: Because items are custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizes selected at checkout.

6. Intellectual Property & Customer Submissions
