1. Print-on-Demand Intellectual Property Disclaimer

Khanh Style Shop operates as an independent print-on-demand e-commerce store offering custom merchandise. We take all reasonable measures to ensure that design assets and product mockups do not infringe upon valid trademarks or copyrights. However, given the vast volume of designs and graphics submitted, third-party content may occasionally appear inadvertently on our site.

If you are a copyright owner, trademark holder, or an authorized agent thereof, and you believe that material available on https://khanhstyleshop.com/ infringes upon your exclusive intellectual property rights, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA guidelines outlined below.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

  4. Contact Details: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as your full legal name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and valid email address.

  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., “I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”).

  6. Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed (e.g., “I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”).

4. Takedown and Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice:

  1. We will review the claim promptly (typically within 24 to 48 business hours).

  2. We will expeditiously remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing product listing, design, or mockup.

  3. We will document the takedown and notify any vendor, designer, or fulfillment contributor associated with the listing.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If a listing contributor or product vendor believes in good faith that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake, misunderstanding, or misidentification, they may file a written Counter-Notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. §§ 512(g)(2) and (3).

The counter-notice must include:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the provider.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where it appeared prior to removal.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the provider has a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • The provider’s full name, physical address, and telephone number, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Khanh Style Shop may be found).

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complaining party. If the original copyright owner does not notify us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a legal action seeking a court order against the provider, we may restore the removed material at our sole discretion.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

Khanh Style Shop maintains a strict policy regarding recurring violations. In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we will permanently terminate the accounts, product listings, or partnerships of vendors, contributors, or users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

7. Warning Regarding False Claims

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that online material is infringing (or that material was removed by mistake) may be subject to liability for damages, including court costs and attorneys’ fees incurred by the alleged infringer, copyright owner, or service provider. Please ensure that you hold valid rights or permissions before filing a formal notice.
